About me
Hi, I'm Simone, 44, married, mother of two children, and I live in Munich. I have been working as a psychologist with a doctorate for over 20 years, including as a consultant at McKinsey and in management positions at companies such as Amazon. In doing so, I have experienced how challenging it is to balance work, family, and my own needs without neglecting my health.
For many years, longevity, women's fitness and health, especially perimenopause and menopause, have been my absolute passion. My focus is on scientific findings, which I try to translate into training and nutrition plans that are suitable for everyday use. Sport and nutrition are my great passion: formerly as a competitive athlete, today as an "athlete at heart" with a special focus on strength training for women over 40 and a diet that provides the body with optimal nutrition.
Based on my personal experiences, current studies, and my background as a fitness trainer, nutrition coach, and former competitive athlete, I have developed a holistic health coaching program for women over 40—with a focus on perimenopause and menopause. It offers practical tips and tricks to support women on their journey to better health, energy, and well-being.
