Health Coaching Program

300 EUR per month

  • Minimum term: 6 months

  • Contents: 6 intensive personal check-ins

  • During the first meeting (approx. 2 hours), we will assess your current situation in detail (including body fat analysis) and set clear goals. We will use the five subsequent sessions (approx. 1.5 hours each) to evaluate your progress and refine your plans.

  • You work independently with customized plans—in the studio or at home. If you want, you can book additional joint training sessions.

  • We develop a personalized nutrition strategy that fits into your everyday life and supports your goals. You will learn how to use macronutrients sensibly and establish stable routines for more energy.

  • We discuss your sleep routine and address specific behavioral changes.

  • You will receive an app for all plans.

  • You will receive ongoing personal support, recommendations for useful supplements and helpful tools, as well as access to inspiring community events.

Personal training

130 EUR per hour

  • Only in combination with monthly health coaching

  • Joint training/implementation of the training plan at the location of your choice

One-off health coaching

EUR 350 one-time fee

  • Personal meeting (approx. 2 hours), you choose the location.

  • Analysis of your initial situation in terms of fitness, nutrition, sleep, and menopause (including body fat analysis, menopause questionnaire, and eating habits).

  • Joint definition of focus areas with appropriate training and nutrition recommendations, including macronutrients.

  • Discussion of a sleep routine that is suitable for you.

  • Personalized recommendations for training and tracking gadgets.

  • Regular community events with other women, to which you are invited.
