I offer you a personalized program that combines health coaching and personal training—tailored specifically to the needs of women over 40.
Together, we will work on the four pillars of fitness, nutrition, sleep, and mindset. We will take into account where you are currently in your perimenopause or menopause.
Based on your personal situation, you will receive customized training plans and recommendations on nutrition and sleep. I will accompany you continuously and, if you wish, I will also train with you.
As a doctor of psychology, I will also help you to integrate new routines into your everyday life in a sustainable way—so that you stay motivated in the long term and feel completely comfortable in your body again.
